　　The AD Solution Delivery role for DDIT Global Functions drives the process from DDIT demand shaping through approval to project execution and collaborates across DDIT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions. Business Analyst acts as an advisor providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. This role engages with global business leaders and leverages the appropriate TT teams and Functions to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.

　　MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

　　• Capture and shape new demands using Business analysis techniques, prepare project charters for approval.

　　• Directly manage or oversee end to end DDIT project delivery in respective business area.

　　• Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, testing and validation.

　　• Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.

　　• Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), DDIT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.

　　Role Requirements

　　What will you bring to the role

　　• Bachelor's degree in related field is required

　　• Proven track record as a Project Manager in a large Global organisation.

　　• Knowledge of IT product management and IT product lifecycle

　　• Experience with SaaS solutions implementation and integration patterns (API)

　　• Project management and change management experience

　　• Project budget planning and control

　　• Experience working in global scale matrix organization, Multi-national global experience

　　• External and off-shore vendor management

　　• Relationship Management and escalation resolution
