We're looking for an Associate Director, Real Estate Economist to:
• Responsible for playing a key part of the investment process covering all major markets with a focus on the traditional and non-traditional real estate sectors in the US.
• Interpret data and share ideas in interactive sessions with senior leadership, portfolio management, transactions, and asset management.
• Collaborate and innovative while guiding investment expectations, and establishing a foundation for portfolio development.
• Conduct quantitative modeling, design presentations, monitor trends, and publish related topics.
• Utilize understanding of Internal and external economic trends and real estate markets.
• Support the investment committee as well as interpret and learn from benchmark performance.
• Bring traditional number-crunching research into a visualization-based, strategy-focused future.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Research Analyst or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• (1) Assessing econometric models; (2) Creating real estate forecasting models; (3) Standard economic datasets like Moody's And Oxford Economics; (4) CBRE-Econometric Advisors; (5) Commercial real estate benchmark performance datasets like NCREIF and MSCI; (6) Python; (7) R-Suite; (8) Navigating and aggregating data from Bloomberg; (9) Visualization-based software like Esri Business Analyst or ArcGIS or PowerBI.
