About the Role
OnePSP and PSP (Patient Support Programs) in IMI are key initiatives in Customer Experience and Engagement (CE&E) organization. Better patient experience will differentiate Novartis from other pharma companies at global scale.
This is the role for international patient experience teams with primary focus on patients and customers involved in the global healthcare ecosystem.
This role will have direct impact on patients and customers by enabling access to Novartis medications and helping patients stay on therapies for better health outcomes.
This is a key multi-year, multi-million dollar program in CE&E organization.
Job Purpose:
This experienced technical product lead/business analyst will be an accountable leader for one or more products of OnePSP and other patient experience initiatives in IMI CE&E organization, and will teams across business partnering, product delivery, and operations.
Accountable for end-to-end project delivery in the given sub-domain/sub-capability.
Partner with Business Stakeholders and delivery teams for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery
Act as an advisor providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.
Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate IT teams and functions to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add new value.
Major accountabilities:
Own stakeholder management and strategic business partnering to drive product roadmap and support funding/budgeting decisions for products within patient experience portfolio.
Lead IT relationships with internal IT partners such as Salesforce COE to drive CRM build and integrations.
Owns one or more products within patient experience portfolio for business partnering and solution delivery.
Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation.
Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), IT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.

Strong experience in customer engagement technologies
IT business partnership - Stakeholder relationship; Building new business cases; Building portfolio of projects; Manage ongoing demand
Experience in productization at global scale
Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience handling SAAS products
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and oral)
Nice to have:
Understanding of salesforce tech
Experience in implementing patient focused capabilities
Commercial IT experience
Pharma/hospital background
