We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As an Associate Director - Order Management you will be responsible for ownership of the Order-to-Invoice process within Alcon, managing all locations and business units.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Take ownership of Order-to-Invoice process across all locations and business units within the organization.Develop an in-depth understanding of the Order-to-Invoice process, including its inputs, outputs, and key performance indicators (critical metrics).Align the Order to Invoice process with the organization's strategic goals and objectives through collaboration with business process owners and senior management to ensure that the process supports the overall business strategy.Lead change initiatives related to prioritized Order to Invoice initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful process improvements.Hire and evaluate the performance of direct reports and provides ongoing coaching and staff development.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English7 Years of hands-on Consulting or Industry Experience in SAP implementation, support, and management, with at least 5+ years working as an architect/lead, managing SAP projects and teams; working knowledge of all aspects of the SAP implementation methodologies, including Applications, Integration, Data, Security, Change Management, Training, and Communications.5 Years of Demonstrated LeadershipPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or another relevant subject area.Demonstrated performance as SAP Sales & Distribution Solution Architect. Hands on Experience in configuring and deploying Sales & Billing solutions, Intercompany, Pricing, Returns, Export sales, 3PL/4PL Integration.In-depth knowledge of various SAP modules aside from SAP SD module.Hands on experience with SD integration with finance, logistics and supply chain functions.
