The incumbent will focus primarilyon SAPapplications and will own SAP S/4 and SAP C/4 HANA (Cloud forCustomer, Cloud for Service) ensuring system software and features areoptimally designed meeting the needs of users. This Associate Directorrole manages other leaders including Business Analyst Manager, DataEngineering/BW/Basis Manager and CMS/Project Management Manager. At anAssociate Directorlevel, this position must operate at a strategiclevel, focusing on long-term plans and strategic priorities that benefitJ. J. Keller as a whole. This is a hybrid position which willoccasionally require you to work onsite at our corporate campus inNeenah, WI and provide flexibility to work from home the majority of thetime. Job Responsibilities * Leads, develops and coaches team: *Provides clear expectations, feedback and recognition * Participates inthe hiring/selection process * Writes and conducts performanceevaluations and progress reports * Handles associate relations issues* Delivers results in line with the following keymetrics/accountabilities: * Projects completed on-time and withinbudget * Ensuring business applications meet current and futurebusiness requirements * Staff knowledgeable and trained to addressbusiness issues * Associate retention * Budget control * Partnerswith business stakeholders, primarily in Sales and Marketing, toprioritize projects in alignment with business objectives. * Functionsas the primary contact for Sales and Marketing projects. Monitorsproject progress and acts as a focal point for communication of projectactivities and status, and as a decision point for midscale projectdecisions. * Manages vendor relationships related to externalconsultants and staff augmentation services. * Maintains familiaritywith the business plans across the company. Keller & Associates, Inc. isan EqualOpportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee orapplicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, nationalorigin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as aveteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or localprotected class. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Qualif cations Experience: * 7+ years of experience in a relatedleadership role, including management of SAP resources. * Demonstratedleadership experience leading development & functional teams, comprisedof varying level of experience, and across in person, remote, andoffshore locations. * 10+ years in systems related role, includingexperience in SAP support. * SAP development experience preferred. *Experience deploying and supporting Enterprise CRM Systems (i.e. SAPCloud for Customer, Salesforce, etc.) Education: * Bachelor\'s DegreeinComputer Science or a Technology related field OtherSkills/Qualifications: * Deep understanding of enterprise CRMsolutions. * Solid understanding of systems, including client/serverenvironments. * Ability to develop and implement growth plans andprograms. * Written and verbal communication skills, including theability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users atall levels of the organization. * Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. * Ability to establish and maintain strong workingrelationships with business stakeholders. * Demonstrated experiencewith identifying and implementing emerging technologies. PhysicalRequirements Work is performed primarily in a standard officeenvironment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment forextended periods of time.
