KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Marketing - Energy, Natural Resources and Chemicals (Global) to join our Global Clients and Markets team which is a part of KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities:Assist the Global Head of Sector and Segment Marketing in developing and executing sector-led global marketing campaigns, focusing on sector-specific market positioning, messaging, and customization strategiesDevelop marketing plans for sector verticals in collaboration with sector heads, emphasizing hero thought leadership, marquee events, and competitive analysis; utilize market research to inform strategic content developmentLead the creation and management of engaging, sector-specific content, ensuring adherence to quality standards; customize content for global campaigns, incorporating case studies and client storiesCoordinate with member firm marketing and global account teams for effective distribution and localization of content; engage in global marketing discussions to refine sector-specific strategies and enhance brand reachDesign and manage marketing project schedules across various channels, focusing on hero, hub, and heartbeat content; collaborate with internal teams and leverage shared marketing resourcesOversee budget management and impact analysis, including tracking budget variances, utilization rates of marketing materials, and measuring the effectiveness of global content and eventsQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent, combined marketing and business experience; proven experience in professional services or similar corporate environment preferredBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degree preferredSolid experience developing compelling value propositions for services/campaigns and creating integrated issue-based platforms for promoting relationships and generating revenueDemonstrable success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international) marketing programs; experience working in a professional services environment will be an advantageExperience in working with content management systems to deliver content marketing programs and create digital demand generation campaigns in the business-to-business fieldProven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders; experience of the above in a global, matrix context would be very advantageous; track record working with and consulting senior management
