Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our healthcare products/services and achieve business objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, strategic account management, market access, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Drive the development of creative and compelling marketing materials for our health system customers, including promotional content, digital content, website copy, and sales collateral.
Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key health system stakeholders, C/D suite leaders, healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
Stay abreast of industry trends, healthcare regulations, and emerging marketing strategies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Collaborate with the Director of Health System Marketing in developing and implementing marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on marketing performance.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum required skills & experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Broad understanding of health system business, decision making processes & market trends with a proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
Ability to execute plans with their internal organization.
The ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
Broad field sales experience with demonstrated success working with P&T committees, decision makers & influencers in Hospitals, Health Systems and IHNs.
Experience in Marketing, Customer marketing and building strategic plans for established portfolios and launch products.
Possesses strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills.
Ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Minimum preferred skills & experience:
MBA preferred
Strong data analytics
Experience working in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting or Finance.
Proficient with MS Office, customer management databased
