The Global INT Associate Director will lead efforts in the marketing team for pre-launch readiness in the highly innovative INT arena, shaping how we bring a new class and therapy to launch across several potential solid tumors. While the INT space is complex in nature, this role offers an opportunity to create a paradigm shift in how cancer is treated. The individualized nature of the product and platform will require new and innovative ways of thinking with robust planning and execution as key components of the role. The need for clear communication and the ability to build strong relationships will be critical given the extensive cross functional nature of the role combined with the alliance structure in place for this product.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Early brand development work i.e., brand name development, brand personality and positioningDevelopment of global branding guidelines across the alliance structure (program is in partnership with another company)Building strong value propositions across customer personasDevelop brand narratives that link to internal frameworksLead and work collaboratively with multiple functional teams including Market Research, Precision Medicine, oncology disease/tumor teams, Medical Affairs, Legal and Compliance.Help lead and synthesize alliance brand planning framework in a collaboration setting with the global partnered asset team.Generate deep customer insights: lead efforts to cross-functionally obtain a thorough understanding of customers including drivers, barriers, and the ecosystems in which they operate.Lead the initiation of brand strategy customer insight market research projects along with market research function point.Lead brand strategy annual OnePlan in collaboration with the Global Partnered Asset Team.Developing customer segmentation work at the global levelEnsure the appropriate administration of promotional budgets for assigned product. All activities will be conducted in full compliance with our Company policies, values, and standards.Day to day management of Agency partners

This position may require approximately 10-15% travel, including some weekends.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$144,320.00 - $227,100.00
