KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, GenAI Solutions - Talent & Culture Technology to join our Talent & Culture team.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR professionals to identify opportunities for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, fostering a world-class, efficient, and effective work environmentPartner with internal and cross-functional teams to lead GenAI technology and process projects as well as offer expertise in design, process decisions, and strategies for system implementations; work closely with clients to define requirements and needsAct as a change management agent to drive employee awareness, adoption, and usage of KPMG supplied AI tools, and design and support seminars, training, office hours, etc. to help increase usageServe as a strategic business partner to Digital Nexus (IT), acting as the bridge between GenAI IT and the T&C Technology group, as well as ensure alignment of IT products/services meets our growing business needs and collaborating with IT on risk management and legal reviews for process changes and technology enhancementsProvide thought leadership in the GenAI space through proactive research, participation in topic trade groups, etc. and provide continuous recommendations of improvement/innovation opportunities for T&C Leaders and clientsAnalyze people data to identify patterns and trends, informing HR practices and processes for machine learning and GenAI opportunitiesQualifications:Minimum six years of combined experience in GenAI, Information Technology, Process Improvements, and Process AutomationBachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or universityStrong analytical skills and ability to analyze people data to identify patterns and trends, informing HR practices and processes for machine learning and GenAI opportunitiesDemonstrated experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, as well as experience in leading GenAI technology and process projects offering guidance in design, process decisions, and strategies for system implementationsProven track record of results-oriented performance, managing multiple timelines while remaining client-focused, and ability to lead solution-driven initiatives that add value and align with the priorities of the businessExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
