About the Role

　　About the role:The DAP expert will work closely with the business and technical teams and is a key contributor to the successful delivery of solutions. This role involves understanding business requirements and ensuring flawless integration between business and technology. Is responsible for translating business requirements into technical documents, conducting feasibility analysis, scoping projects, and collaborating with the demand management team to prioritize work and negotiate product functionalities

　　Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

　　• Platform Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the digital adoption platform, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborate with customers to define the platform's scope, features, and roadmap.

　　• Platform Design and Implementation: Design and implement a user-friendly and intuitive digital adoption platform that provides interactive guidance, tutorials, and resources to help users effectively navigate and use digital tools.

　　• User Onboarding and Training: Develop onboarding programs and training materials to ensure users have a smooth transition to digital tools. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on the features and functionalities of the digital adoption platform.

　　• User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level user support, addressing complex queries and troubleshooting issues related to the digital adoption platform. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

　　• Analytics and Optimization: Use advanced analytics tools to gather insights on user behavior and engagement with the digital adoption platform. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the platform to enhance user experience and drive adoption.

　　• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to promote the adoption of digital tools. Engage with users to understand their needs and address any concerns or resistance to change. Collaborate with customers to ensure effective communication and user buy-in.

　　• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and standard processes in digital adoption platforms. Continuously assess and improve the digital adoption platform to align with evolving user needs and technological advancements.

　　Role Requirements

　　• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　• 8+ years of experience in digital adoption, user experience, or a related role.

　　• Solid understanding of digital tools and technologies, including software applications and platforms.

　　• Experience in designing and implementing digital adoption platforms or similar user enablement solutions.

　　• Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

　　• Change management experience is a plus.
