The Associate Director, Client Solutions, Analytics, supports the Director in their mission to deliver business-appropriate, best-in-class solutions for Initiative clients. You partner with the integrated Initiative team and across Initiative SBUs to develop a world class analytics practice from data strategy, measurement and optimizations. As the Associate Director, Client Solutions, Analytics, you will work with the agency and client to enable the data and tech solutions that lay the foundation for executing brand & performance marketing.
Responsibilities
Manage/mentor junior team members.Understand core client business challenges, and develop relevant measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning priorities.Work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance.Guide the creation of reporting through automated processes, efficiently consolidating data from a multitude of sources into a cohesive view of performance.Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that key stakeholders will utilize on a regular basis to make informed business decisions.Ensure alignment between day-to-day analytics support & approved measurement frameworks.Prepare & deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audience.
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.Possesses understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics6+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience, preferably in an agency environmentExperience managing digital audiences for targeting and planningStrong organizational skills, able to aggregate information and data from multiple sourcesKnowledge of Google Analytics/OmnitureKnowledge of Datorama, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or any similar dashboard productsDemonstrates understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenanceDesired Skills and Experience
Working experience with data from digital media platforms (e.g. DCM, SA360, TTD, FB, etc.) preferredKnowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, tracking implementation preferredInitiative does not require candidates to have a college degreeExperience with Asana or other PM software preferred

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$110,000-$140,000 USD
