The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Data Analytics and Metric Integration Quality Engineer to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Researches and supports contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.Develops quality metrics, design and quality plans for programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.Independently develops models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data (e.g. statistics operations research engineering economics) and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation to customers.Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources using query tools.
Analysis of complex quality datasets using visualization platforms such as Azure Analytics, PowerBI, Grafana, Tableau, etc.Participates in and leads meetings and associated events to align design, process, and contractual requirements.Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.Analyze complex data sets using various statistical methods to identify patterns within data,
to gain insight into process performance, and identify opportunities.Analyzes plans, reviews trend data, variance analyses, and risk assessments to provide recommended changes to organizational business partners.Able to understand and communicate technical requirements to multiple stakeholders at different organizational levels.Analyzes non-conformance trends, recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances and evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another technical field1+ year of experience collecting and analyzing data, and generating metrics reportsExperience reading engineering blueprints and drawingsExperience working with AS9100 or a similar QMS standard
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with project management or engineering project planningExperience applying audit standards, procedures, and techniquesExperience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) applicationsExperience with Tableau
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

Summary pay range: $73,100 - 98,900
