Job Description
The role of the Associate Customer Success Manager is to act as an advocate for our customers.You will oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance. You will bring ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.You will have a portfolio of customersYou will work with the portfolio of customers in a 1 to 1 fashion using email campaigns and guiding customers to webinars and other Community contentIdentify criteria for assisting your customers by using Success Plays in the Success PlatformEnsure any escalated clients are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystemQualifications
To be successful in this role you have:2+ years of related work experience; OR equivalent work experienceFluent in English (C level) and Spanish Apply proficient knowledge of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniquesBuild productive working relationshipsAnalyze information and propose solutions to meet the needs of customersRight to work in Ireland
