About Associate Customer Success Executive

Thomson Reuters is recruiting for an Associate Customer Success Executive in our Corporates Risk & Fraud Solutions business. The Risk & Fraud Solutions business provides our customers risk, fraud, and investigations solutions built for preventing, detecting, investigating and combatting fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

  About the Role:

  In this opportunity as an Associate Customer Success Executive, you will:

  Proactively drive customer retention and growth of existing accountsDrive initial product adoption and customer valueContinued value realization and expansion of use casesImprove customer health throughout lifecycleQuickly resolve critical customer issuesGenerate and refer qualified leads for cross-sell and upsells to partnersParticipate in the strategic account planning for assigned customer portfolioOrganize and lead customer engagements including onboarding, kickoff, regular status calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic sessionsMonitor and analyze customer's usage of our productMaintain strong product knowledge for training, usage, and client satisfactionPossesses core knowledge across about the Thomson Reuters Risk & Fraud business

  In the United States, Thomson Reuters offers a comprehensive benefits package to our employees.   Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $72,500 - $134,600. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
