About the Team
The Employment Legal team advises on, on one hand, labour and employment matters (reorgs, individual cases, organisation of the work and support to HR and ER teams) and, on the other, the defence of Uber business model and its evolutions (social dialogue for platform work)
Your Impact in Role:
You will be in charge of France and Belgium, labour litigations and investigations/audits as well as:
Advising the business on product/model changes and their impact on the classification of both Couriers and DriversAdvising the business on the platform work sectoral collective bargaining strategyAdvising on the impact of platform work regulations on the model from a Labor and Employment point of viewadvising HR/ER in day-to-day matters regarding Uber employees and Works Council (this last bullet only represents 10% of the job)
