PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collaborate with Consumer Engagement lead on Eye/Lip/Holiday to develop influencer and social strategy, create and deploy global toolkits as required. Support the ideation, strategy, execution, and reporting on influencer collaborations globally, regionally, and at the market level with results and consolidated learnings. Assist in the identification and management of global-led influencer partnerships that align to brand objectives, at times in partnership with an external agency partner. Internally lead consistent expansion and evolution of the M• A• C global influencer network to reach and engage with new audiences. Utilize analytic tools for earned and owned reporting (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, Dash Hudson, etc.), to provide regular results tracking for all relevant global & regional KPIs, deliver key insights, highlight trends, and make recommendation based on data. Present to cross functional teams and Leadership as needed. Maintain an understanding of the overall influencer landscape and functionality related to each social media platform (e.g., TikTok, Instagram & YouTube), providing updates on new platform capabilities and competitive analysis as needed. Work in partnership with cross functional global teams to request and coordinate owned content and programming opportunities to support key brand moments. Support global product seeding strategy based on marketing objectives, serve as global cross-functional lead and regional point of contact for all creative development and product logistics (such as product ordering, deliveries, etc.) Partner with CE team lead and the cross-functional working teams to execute influencer/social marketing global experiences and activations (e.g., global launch events) by coordinating all global & regional influencer logistics, travel arrangements, budgeting, asset delivery, and market correspondence, etc. Build influencer/social marketing inputs into all Eye/Lip/Holiday brand briefs to deliver best in class earned and owned results across social platforms.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Four-year college degree or equivalent (preferably in a related field). Excellent communication, writing and data analytics skills. 2+ years related experience, e.g., supporting influencer/social marketing strategy and execution (product mailer development, paid partnerships, brand events/experiences, content calendar development, trafficking & reporting, etc.). TikTok native - you understand social media inside and out as an avid user of all platforms. Experience working with content management tools and/or social media analytics tools a plus. Capacity to work in fast-paced environment with ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and across various programs, while ensuring deadlines/goals are understood and met. Budget & project management skills including work-back schedules, timeline management, budget tracking & managing vendor invoicing, etc. Ability to work with regional and local teams with a strong understanding of cultural nuances. Resourcefulness, strong problem-solving and people skills. Positive, "can do" attitude, highly collaborative team player, working well with other teams/departments in a cross-functional environment. Capability to sometimes work outside of regular business hours to accommodate global time zones and the real-time nature of this role. Beauty industry experience a plus. Community management experience, particularly with a global brand account, a plus. Bilingual candidates preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
