The Professional Services organization is comprised of nearly1,000 talented business and technical professionals who strive every day tohelp our users be successful.ResponsibilitiesSupport developing the scope, cost, schedule, and contractualdeliverables through planning, tracking, quality assurance, changecontrol, and risk managementManage projects and support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirements, analysis, design, build, and implementationCollaborate with various Esri teams to establish, develop, and expandrelationships with customers, partners, and distributorsHelp clients translate real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-artsolutionsProvide business development support toward technology and implementationpatterns with new and existing customersRequirements2+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supportingsimilar responsibilitiesProfessional experience supporting the design, implementation, andadministration of enterprise geospatial technologyDemonstrated ability to translate a customer s business goals,objectives, and strategies into solutionsAbility to develop project designs, work plans, budgets and schedulesBachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS),geography, or related fieldProposal writing experience, including preparing executive summaries,solution definition, scope of services, staffing, and pricingFamiliarity with ArcGIS, location-based services, geo-enabled apps,spatial analysis, or similar geospatial technologyRecommended QualificationsMaster's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), geography,or related fieldStrong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projectson time and within budget#LI-AN1
