Position Description Stryker’s Associate Clinical Support Specialist is involved in creating training plans, customer training and consultation, and go live support. You will assist with design and testing. You will work with customers, partners, and the Professional Services team with the goal of developing Stryker’s Vocera solutions that produce workflow improvements, support the end user and maximize the benefits of the product. This position reports to the Regional Manager, Clinical Informatics.
What you will do:
You will work with the project team and customer to develop customer training plans and prepare the training material and environment
Deliver training and educational programs for customers on Stryker’s Vocera solutions and applications through facilitator led sessions
Work with the customer to prepare them to train their own staff by providing observation and feedback
Assist with deployments by providing on-site or remote application support while identifying suggestions for workflow enhancement
Gathers Information about the training engagement to produce reports with client specific recommendations for optimization of deployed technologies
Support the Clinical informaticist with clinical workflow design sessions by gathering data or completing user lists, taking notes, and/or collecting follow up information.
Contribute to development of clinical best practices through collaboration with Practice Management and the Project Management Office
Develop drafts of clinical documentation and assist with clinical marketing and support of new product and services
Follow Professional Services deployment methodology
What you need:
Associate Degree or certificate in a healthcare or education field or equivalent
A degree in nursing, or equivalent, is preferred but not required
2 years experience in healthcare setting; clinical systems education or informatics preferred
Project management familiarity preferred
Interest and desire in using technology to improve healthcare practices and productivity
Up to 80%+ travel throughout the US, with the possibility of occasional international travel
$75,300 - $120,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
