Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a remote, Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and effective communication with our subscribers, by conducting training calls on the digital tools we provide. In addition to customer education, the Client Support team members are responsible for the promotion of Broadridge services and products, such as: websites, domain names, sponsored ads, digital advertising, and social media support.

The work hours will be 10 AM - 7 PM (CT). This is a remote role where you will work off-site with occasional office hours.
Responsibilities:
Call HandlingInbound calls - High call volume (50-100 calls per day)Outbound calls - Product support and customer educationLog call notes in Salesforce and JIRAAccurately process inbound and outbound email communicationsCustomer Relationship ManagementMaintain client relationships focused on customer satisfaction and retentionMaintain and track communication with clientsFacilitate information flow to all relevant partiesCustomer EducationOngoing product supportEditor/tool knowledge base and supportGuide customers through Corporate Client Intranets, policies and proceduresTroubleshooting/Case ManagementResearching previous and current account activity to resolve issues or answer questionsEntering issues for Development to further investigateClose case and follow up with customer on resolutionRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredA minimum of two years of customer service experienceAttention to detail under tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to cover shifts that range from 7 AM - 7 PM CT. Primary shift is 10-7 CT.Digital marketing experience, including websites, domain names, SEO and SEM strategies a plusSalary range $17.00- $18.00 per hour.
