We are seeking candidates for Associate positions on the GLG Client Solutions team in Gurugram. The team is responsible for managing and executing primary research deliverables to add value to GLG clients, globally. These primary research deliverables include phone consultations and one-on-one meetings, as well as surveys, reports, and site tours with leading experts and C-suite executive
Associates are front-line client service professionals and work closely with our clients -- professionals at the world's top management consulting firms, investment firms, corporations, and non-profits on the critical decisions they make every day.
Client Solutions Associates work in teams across industries, connecting our clients to the insight they need from leading doctors, academics, scientists, policy specialists, strategists, executives and other experts with years of on-the-ground experience. The role also entails partnering closely with Client Solutions team members from across the globe and providing support on client projects with a focus on the EMEA region. Once successfully certified on recruiting, executing time-sensitive projects for GLG's clients by bringing in high quality recruits from outside of GLG's network. Role also involves assisting and supporting client facing professionals on projects through high quality verbal and written work

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Once successfully certified on recruiting, executing time-sensitive projects for GLG's clients by bringing in high quality recruits from outside of GLG's networkAssisting and supporting client facing professionals on projects through high quality verbal and written workLearning GLG's underlying business processes and assisting senior team members with high-level project execution, and developing a fundamental understanding of the respective research practiceUnderstanding the trends in the credit marketFulfilling time-sensitive research requests delegated by senior team members on behalf of GLG clients by analyzing client requests, and building and qualifying primary populations of topical and relevant expertsAssisting senior team members with high-level service fulfilment across a range of GLG productsDevelop a working knowledge of various industries to improve project and product service qualityLearning the workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts for the first 2 - 4 months to grow GLG's networkLeveraging GLG's network to match experts with clients, based on the client's needsDaily interaction with GLG's experts over the phone to qualify profiles to ensure exact fit for client projectsMaintaining accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experienceWorking with senior members to map out users and how to engage them in order to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accountsTowards end of tenure, collaborating with GLG's Events, Strategic Projects and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of productsCollaborating with senior team members to program virtual and live content eventsPreparation for and attendance of client meetings
An ideal candidate will have the following:
Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detailConfidence in making outbound cold calls and various other outreach methodsHigh motivation to exceed commercial targetsExperience of working in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrable commercial acumen2-4 years of experience, ideally in consulting, financial services, market research, recruiting, other professional services or start-up environmentPrior experience in B2B client management / servicing, especially international EMEA or US-based clientsPostgraduate / Graduate degree from a top-tier universitySuperior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc)General understanding, awareness and interest in consulting and financial marketsDemonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills.Experience interacting with senior executivesAbility to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a teamAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detailSuccessful track record of working in a dynamic environment, often accompanied by stringent deadlines
