Kimberly-Clark Consumer Marketing is based out of Chicago Commercial Center in Fulton Market Chicago. Associate Brand Management interns are assigned projects offering hands-on experience and skills-application, with specific, measurable objectives aligning with core priorities of the Brand. Interns will be equipped through on-boarding and on-going development to act with freedom in delivering both their personal and professional goals. Types of exposure include strategic brand development, annual business plans, and/or customer-focused programs.
Responsibilities
Conducting in-depth analysis to identify problems, find trends, make hypothesis, create compelling stories and make fact-based recommendations about the brand, competitive, category, customer or consumer trends to enhance the brand's equity and market performance.Using strong general manager business insights in conjunction with marketing competency to influence and lead projects cross-functionally.Identify gaps and recommend solutions that improve performance of current marketing and innovation programs.Coordinate, implement and track progress to deliver marketing objectives on time and on budget.Exposure to the development of brand strategies, marketing execution across traditional media, digital and retail channels, and customer activations across distribution, pricing, shelving, merchandising and ecommerce levers.
Qualifications
1st year MBA student with an emphasis in Marketing.2+ years previous business experience.Applicants must be presently, and the future, authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular, full-time basis.Passionate about driving brand growth by better meeting consumer needs.Must be self-driven, not deadline driven and a strong cross-functional collaborator.Relocation to Chicago, IL is required for the summer. Relocation assistance is provided.Grad Date Range: May/June 2025.
