You will play a key role in managing complex litigation matters from pre-trial through trial and beyond, collaborating closely with senior attorneys and partners. Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare comprehensive legal memoranda, briefs, and pleadings.
Develop and execute discovery strategies, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and deposition notices.
Interview witnesses, prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial, and assist with trial preparation.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and mediations.
Manage case deadlines and budgets and maintain detailed case files.
Stay current on relevant legal developments and court rulings.
Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school.
California Bar License.
5-10 years of experience in complex litigation matters, preferably in the South Bay area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Proficiency in legal research and writing software.
California Bar License (active or pending).
