About the Role:
In this opportunity as Associate Agile Project Manager, you will:
A problem-solver who works by forging consensus and bringing out a team's innate wisdom.Comfortable and excited by information technology.Able to plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Stand Ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming and Story Grooming.Skillful facilitation of Retrospectives and the ability to apply learnings a must.Able to plan and execute productive meetings that define clear actionable next steps to move your projects forward.Maintain relevant metrics and information radiators to guide the development teams and show their progress in meeting business objectives.Partner with product owner/product manager to effectively create, maintain and refine the product backlog.Facilitate communication channels for the Scrum/Kanban teams and associated business and technical stakeholders to ensure the vision, goals, progress and product delivery commitments are visible and well understood.Identify and remove impediments and blockers that prevents the teams from delivering their sprint goals.Manage the team dependencies and coordinate work with other internal or external teams.Experienced using tools to productive effect (ADO and JIRA Experience, especially with the JIRA Agile plugin strongly preferred).Be a champion for Agile transformation in our organization.

Bachelors Degree in applicable fieldDemonstrable 3+ years hands-on experienced with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologiesExperience providing facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, team empowerment and motivational techniques regarding Agile and Scrum/KanbanAbility to balance several projects across more than one teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Understanding of full life cycle development: requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing and how these activities can fit into a Scrum environmentExperience with software delivery in the Cloud is a plusExperience using Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft TeamsMust be a certified Scrum Master, holding either a PSM or CSMStrong analytical and design skillsMust be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
