  What you'll do

  Responsible for activation, retention, minimizing risk and maximizing revenue opportunities for growth of assigned client mixStrategize & plan day to day production tasks (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization)Cultivate and grow relationships with a regional client portfolio, including key decision makers, through opportunity identification, strategic client relationship management, and up-sell/cross-sell initiativesIdentifies trends in data to drive optimization strategiesManages campaign calendar, performance & strategic business reviews and contractual discussions with clientsPrimary point of contact for clients and internal teams on all aspects and channels of the Ad Cloud, and on the wider programmatic industry including competitive landscape and positioningUnderstand, evangelize and apply Ad Cloud sales plays and use cases, especially related to Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager; Support integration efforts where applicableWork with regional Account Director to develop efficient resource allocation plansAccountable for meeting/exceeding client needs, issues management and resolution, and escalationAble to independently drive medium to large projects/initiatives from inception through completionWorks with the Account/Campaign Managers, Trading Analysts, and other cross functional support to execute day to day production tasks (campaign set up, QA, launch, tracking & optimization), adhering toagreedupon SLAsIn some cases, responsible for end-to-end orchestration of unique third-party publisher and data executionsInteracts with clients and sales on a regular basis to provide updates on campaign performance and overall customer healthOrchestrate customer workplans, campaign calendars, trafficking assets and client approval process as needed

  What you'll need to be successful

  Technical Skills

  BA/BS/MBA in business management, economics, or operations preferredExcellent Microsoft Excel skills. More specifically, it will be important to have in-depth knowledge of the following Excel features (but not limited to) : VLOOKUP, basic formulas like sum, SUMIF, IFERROR, Pivot Tables, Graphs, MacrosExcellent Microsoft Presentation and the ability to build new infographics to present business/performance reviewsStrong understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem, Ad networks, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic media buyingGovern process to drive Quality assurance in campaign deliveriesStrong analytical skills; Knowledge of PowerBI, Statistical analysis etc will be preferredBusiness Skills

  Experience managing North America customers will be preferredProven abilities to identify, improve, and apply your EQ to be effective.Proven experience developing customer relationships and fostering revenue growthExperience making pitches in front of Sr. leaders, large groups, and customers.Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations with influencing communication styleFlexibility to work in US time zone is a must5-8 years of overall relevant work experience
