A Brief Overview
Examines sales, account management, and business retention metrics for products and services in support of profitable growth and other business objectives. Controls strategic business plans for accounts and customer relationships, focusing on revenue growth, member retention, and achievement of financial objectives.
What you will doIndividual assigned to more complex, high profile clients, managing larger Key accounts.Assists with development and execution of client strategy which includes meeting with customers to discuss service and expectations.Identifies customer specific service issues, provides solutions and leads resolution of issues working with other areas to implement.Responds to client requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes, and benefit questions and clarifications.Manages plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas; signs-off on ID cards.Supports and conducts open enrollment activitiesActively involved in client discussions, taking notes but also offering up ideas and suggestions in a more consultative manner than Account Associate.Independently manages more complex service issues from beginning to end without Account Manager involvement.Able to have discussions with clients and consultants articulating how programs work, such as Aetna In Touch Care and understanding the differences between Aetna In Touch Care and Disease Management.Able to present and explain components of utilization.Thorough understanding of clients benefit offerings and their goals; knows the client and has developed relationship with client.Submits CIA's for renewals, outlining renewal changes accurately in CIA and/or ODI.Self sufficient with little support needed from Account Manager and proactively responding to client inquiries.Taking notes at meetings and then providing majority of the follow up on all take-aways.Responsive and takes ownership of issues that come in from client/consultant.Required QualificationsKnowledge of ExcelProficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, Teams, ExcelEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenSupports a positive team environmentMust be able to travel (25%)Health & Life License or must obtain within 90 days of hire date.Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervisionConfident and comfortable presenting information in a group settingPreferred QualificationsActive Health & Life licenseHealth Insurance Industry experiencePrior Account management experience with in the Health insurance industryEducation

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $87,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
