Position Overview:
As the Assistant Vice President of People Analytics, you will lead the development and implementation of global, data-driven strategies to enhance business outcomes, inclusive of but not limited to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, associate engagement, and retention. Your role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques to provide actionable insights and strategic guidance to the HR leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner, collaborating cross-functionally with HR, talent acquisition, and leadership teams to identify key metrics and deliver insights that guide decision-making.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with our organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team to analyze HR data, employing statistical analysis and advanced data visualization techniques to derive actionable insights.
• Harness data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize consultative skills to advise on data-driven HR initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Employ predictive modeling to forecast workforce trends, attrition rates, and performance indicators to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar role in a data-driven environment.
• Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and workforce planning, and the use of human capital management technology (e.g.,Workday, Adaptive, Prism)
• Exceptional leadership, teaming, communication, and consultative skills to effectively convey complex data insights and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and drive strategic HR decisions.
