About the role
Develop, manage and execute ‘in full & on time, with excellence’ (IFOTWE) the BTL elements of all key brand programs.
Budget management and continuous tracking of $A&P spend for agreed projects
Develop, manage and execute IFOTWE all ad hoc and ‘off the plan’ digital programs.
Develop, manage and execute IFOTWE agreed sponsorship leverage programs.
Closely monitor execution of key programs to capture leanings and drive for continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, direction and execution of marketing programs
Actively participates in continuous improvement around culture and personal development.
Manage and nurture agency relationships – Digital & Experiential, to achieve best results as well as seeking to bring new ideas to the table.
Lead communication and engagement with sales team for key portfolio initiatives, develop key selling stories for online platform e.g. JD.com and Tmall
Development and delivery of all relevant communication touch-points for sales execution.
Input into development of key portfolio initiatives – with the viewpoint as the sales expert
Input into annual brand planning process – with the viewpoint as the sales expert
Responsible for complying with company policies, procedures and governance including Corporate Social Responsibilities, Risk Management and Health and Safety
About you
Business Degree, with a marketing major preferred
FMCG brand or trade marketing experience, 5+ years preferred
FMCG sales experience will be beneficial
Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives
Strong project management & planning skills
A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships
Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals as necessary
Proven experience in creation and implementation of Ecommerce programs
Experience in managing agencies
Experience in managing $A&P budgets
