3565BRInternal Position Title:Assistant Security ManagerRecruiter:Deborah MorseJob Description:The Physical / Industrial Security Specialist will be responsible for all Security disciplines associated with the contract in the Colorado Springs locations. They will assist the FSO, AFSO, CSSO and ACSSO in providing day-to-day management of all physical security actions and documentation, be the primary security POC to provide escort duties for construction projects / maintenances. Must be available after-hours for rotating on-call responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in maintaining and administering policies and procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICDs) and NISPOM and will regularly interface with ENSCO program personnel and customers. The successful candidate will study and assist in implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operation; assist in preparing manuals outlining regulations, and enforce established procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. The selected candidate once trained must have the ability to support multiple security environments with diverse security requirements. The successful candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
The Physical/Industrial Security specialist will be responsible for monitoring and escorting uncleared construction workers and other physical security vendors / visitors in ENSCO areas, and different offices.
Day- to -day assistance to FSO and AFSO
Coordinate with FSO on day-to-day execution of all security related information.
Coordinate daily visitor lists and requests for construction/maintenance personnel.
Track construction and maintenance progress.
Prepare for and conduct uncleared visitor escort.

Knowledge and experience in construction security
Experience with DISS, NBIS, e-App SWFT, Field print, and NISS
Experience with SIMS
Experience with COMSEC
Working knowledge of access control systems and issuing ID cards
Experience with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
Excellent customer service skills
Extensive experience sending and receiving Visit Requests.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to gain TS/SCI, for which you must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum 5 years of security experience
Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, and DODM
Have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills, both orally and written.
Working knowledge of DISS, CCTV, and access control systems Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Maintain data spreadsheets, personnel files, and various logs.
Will be required to travel to other local ENSCO offices.
Must be available after-hours for rotating on-call responsibilities.
