Assistant Relationship Manager - DC
Do you have an eye for detail and would enjoy working behind the scenes in a fast paced Auto Finance Division? Speed, accuracy, and finesse can help boost your performance as an Assistant Relationship Manager. The Assistant Relationship Manager in the Auto Finance Division provides support to both operations and sales. You will review, verify, and process loan documentation to assist Capital One customers, and provide our Dealer Customers with a Brand Defining Funding Experience. You will work through a blend of Inbound and Outbound phone calls to gather and verify loan information with customers and other business partners in order to process loan funding, payments, underwriting, and change of ownership. Expect to work in a fun, fast paced environment, where monthly goals are recognized and encouraged.
Ability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule, ranging in hours from 8 am to 8 pm, with potential opportunity to update shifts after 1 year in tenure as well as the ability to work overtime.

General Responsibilities:
Act as a Funding coordinator between Capital One and our dealership customer.
Cultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.
Gather and verify loan documentation, which could include a blend of Inbound/ Outbound phone calls with customers and business partners.
Identify, document, and correct identified errors with loan documentation and loan process and programs
Educate Dealer Customers on Capital One Auto Finance’s policies and procedures.
Collaborate with teammates cross-departmentally to solve problems.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent certificationPreferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree
At least 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
