From discovering land to developing new communities, you'll work closely with the Sales, Construction and Finance teams at Pulte Homes. You will also collaborate with officials from local municipalities, professional consultants, legal counsel and land development contractors. In our World-Class training program, you will learn the land development process and focus this knowledge into creating unique living environments, thus continuing to enhance Pulte Homes' respected image around the world.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for land project management assistance through the entitlement process, managing Homeowner Association (HOA) activities, and coordinating land development project workflow and activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in project planning and coordination efforts with vertical construction
- Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone and gas companies
- Support entitlement staff in preparation of budgets and schedules.
- Support field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance
- Manage consulting attorneys in the preparation, filing, execution and distribution of HOA documents, as appropriate, in coordination with Project Manager
- Manage HOA management companies and associated budgets
- Oversee and direct the community team's Architectural Committee decisions and manage community turnover process
- Support trade bidding and contracting efforts
- Prepare and track work orders and forward to contract administration for payment
- Assist in delivering projects according to quality, timing and budget specifications
- Manage special projects or other activities as required, in coordination with Project Manager

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3 years
- Experience with material testing or survey a plus
- Strong computer and contract skills
