JOB DESCRIPTION:
TEAM CONTEXTYou will be part of Unilever In-Market's Digital Marketing Technology team to drive the Consumer and Marketing technology Agenda for India's largest brands.EXPECTED WORKThe Job role will include-Business Partnering with Brand Leaders (Brand Managers, Supply chain leads, Warehousing and Logistics providers) and Technical Teams to drive Brand's BAU Operations for Brand's Digital Ecosystem.Requirement Gathering - Features, CX design and coordinate with DevOps partners.Data Analysis, Understand Trends and provide Strategic Intrusions to continuously improve metrics related to conversion, retention and fulfilment.DevOps Management and Product deliveryDaily operational excellence management, inventory management, warehousing operations management and troubleshooting.Change management to drive product and analytics usage.Leverage expertise in D2C platforms such as Shopify to enhance conversion, engagement, and retention metrices.Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to all relevant parties.Ensure alignment of objectives and expectations across all stakeholder groups.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSMBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 6 experience in product and technology management, preferably in the FMCG/Ecom/Retail technology company.Experience in working at a fast paced supply chain and operations role.Proven experience with platforms like Magento, Shopify, and other D2C technology stacks.Experience in designing consumer journey across multiple consumer touch points in both online and offline space.Skills like Technical architecture design, Analytics dashboards, Online availability management, API Integrations, analytics is preferred.Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations based on market research.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.At HUL, we believe that every individual irrespective of their race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, nationality, caste, disability or marital status can bring their purpose to life.
