Job Descriptions:Managing TH Homecare spending to serve for TO.Responsible for the inbound integration bringing together key suppliers, trader capabilities and logistics and service requirements of Unilever manufacturing sites.Implementation of Innovation Projects and Management of Promotions of their own responsible country.Ensure supply security contingency plan of key materials, working with Material Planner teams and supplier.Co-Manage with Portfolio on Relationship Management focused on service, quality, logistics and delivery for global and regional materials for the supplier under their BU.Efficient, timely and transparent communication to internal customers.Implement and Execute sourcing strategies and practices as well as improving purchasing service by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Implement supplier's contract by working with cross-functional and negotiate with them to reach agreement on the contract term and conditions.Assess and mitigate risks.Solving issue regarding commercial and execution, find out the corrective solution.Support Procurement Managers by providing timely and accurately assistance on relevant topics and initiatives as required.Representing team to involve in supply chain project or company projects.Team player to work collaboratively with related function including e-tender, project and savings.Proactively identify and deliver Savings in line with set targets.Identify and propose cost reduction/continuous performance improvement (supplier) opportunities.Closely working and align with Finance team to contribute the cost savings which entirely impact P&L.Working with Uniops for contract issuance process and supplier admin taskMiscellaneous and others upon situation and request.Key Stakeholders:
