ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The role is to be responsible for Gucci Beauty and Burberry Beauty in Hong Kong. To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet multiple business objectives. Effective management of the marketing and promotional activities of the brand.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Identify and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights, sales analysis competitive threats and brand opportunities, in compliant to global brand marketing guideline. Develop brand annual calendar and wisely use available resources to achieve business targets. including but not limited to brand sales (sell out and sell in), pillar performance, market share, campaign delivery, per store productivity, media campaign effectiveness (reach, impression, engagement, conversion and etc). Provide and compile 360 marketing plan to get animation support and maximize other marketing resources from retailers. Achieve business results through executional excellence and partners with cross functional colleagues to ensure marketing activities are executed according to strategy and are supported by investments in advertising, digital /social and promotions. Applies understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global guideline in local adaptation, while also take a role of strong local voice in proposing local initiatives. Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans. Work on new product forecast and validate rolling forecast (regular/tester/sample) with Supply Chain Work closely with Marketing Manager to define brand investment strategy
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We'd love to see candidates who have:
Degree in Marketing or Related Field; MBA a plus 5+ years related experience in marketing with majority in beauty and FMCG preferred This person should demonstrate a strong passion and knowledge of the category and the Hong Kong local market Must demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, collaborative spirit, proactiveness and ownership, embracing both big picture objectives and follow through on details Must be able to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving various stakeholders (internal and external), with a "can do" attitude and an ability to adapt and work collaboratively across teams with a balance of analytic and creative skills. Must be a self-starter, professionally mature, accountable, resourceful, organized and highly detailed oriented with accurate work output A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent organization and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
