  Overview

  Main objective: Drive VA existing core portfolio business growth (5 series and congee)

  Be responsible for product SPPD Consumer centric thinking to drive re-novation & core line trailPrepare marketing related selling story for retail summits and T2T (top to top)Hold cross function accountable for product line strategy and re-novation/ line extension strategy Enhance efficacy of marketing activation (digital and in-store/off-line)Explore performance marketing model with sales team (EC and offline) to effectively drive on-target communication and roll out to whole GCR marketing function Lead A&M process management for related projects

  Responsibilities

  Portfolio and strategy deliveries:

  Identify core line's portfolio role base on decode consumer JTBDRenovation and innovation for core line

  Communication deliveries:

  Drive field implementation by working with CU/EC sales and trade marketing teams collaborativelyDrive omni-channel growth with communication and promotionExplore media to shelf effective for offline, from mass communication to harvest in in-store Precise mass media communication Explore TikTok Quaker model of social seeding to gain share in TikTokCo-work with O2O to develop Quaker's penetration with efficiency improvement

  Business deliveries:

  Drive VA core line penetration by switch competitor cereal user to QKRImprove core line GM for sustainable growth

  Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree or above Minimum 6 years marketing in FMCG, end to end experience as mustGood strategy thinking to think about communication and activation strategy Strong analytical skills with process-oriented mentalityStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience with FMCG multi-national companies and/or ad agencies preferred Good English speaking, writing, and reading abilityAbility to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidenceSelf-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage ambiguityGood ability to effectively manage ambiguity

  Differentiating Competencies Required:

  Strong performance marketing capability to know how to build a new product from 0 to 1 with less than 1MM $ A&MGood mass communication skill in both creative development and media mix
