About Assistant Manager, Marketing Operations (Hybrid)

  Own and lead procedures that drive operational efficiencies and continually improve the operations of marketing for the organization. Connects with the Marketing Operations team and teams across the organization with a focus on inclusion, agility, simplification, and consistency.

  ACCOUNTABILITIES

  DESIGN AND LEAD PROCESSES

  Analyzes complex procedures and translates into clear operational statusDesigns process for simplification and efficiencyOwns and independently leads key operational proceduresSets standards and approach for the teamsDetermines innovative solutions to drive the business forwardOutlines timing based on constraints, inputs and outputs with clear communication of risks and impacts

  IDENTIFY AND LEAD EFFICIENCIES IN COMMUNICATION

  Proactively identifies opportunities to improve communicationReports status and critical issues affecting the marketing processCommunicates complex information simplyUtilizes proactive communication to mitigate riskLeads change management and solution oriented discussionsCommunicates standards to meet deadlines and prioritization needsRecaps meetings with decisions made and action items

  TEAM LEADERSHIP

  Develops and maintains cross-functional business partner relationships vital to the success of Marketing OperationsPartners with Marketing Operations team members on standards, overarching priorities and consistent executionCreates an effective work environment by driving our objectives and priorities with teamwork, inclusion and open communication.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  REQUIRED

  Bachelor degree or equivalent experience3-5 years experience in process improvement and managing projectsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as a part of a team and interact effectively with othersSelf starter with the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work in a fast-paced environmentGroup facilitation experienceAnalyze complex situations and manage through ambiguityExperience utilizing standards to drive process improvement

  PREFERRED

  Experience in retail and/or marketing environmentKnowledge of Project Management methodologies and toolsProficient use of Project Management SoftwareKnowledge of Agile methodologies and toolsKnowledge of Business Process Management methodologies and tools
