QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience3-5 years experience in process improvement and managing projectsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as a part of a team and interact effectively with othersSelf starter with the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work in a fast-paced environmentGroup facilitation experienceAnalyze complex situations and manage through ambiguityExperience utilizing standards to drive process improvement
