Position Summary:
Lead and contribute to programs that educate and inspire Makeup Artists and advance artistry across the brand via digital education and social channels. Develop global trainings and programs to support product launches, artistry development, service, retail sales and social/digital content. Contribute to ongoing innovation of the digital learning platform and evolution of education programs.
Responsibilities:
Education & Artistry Development:
• Create content to reach today's learners via video, one sheets, social media, blogs, articles and bring continued innovation to evolve education programming.
• Leverage video editing and graphic design skills to create and edit short form videos, design one sheets, crop/edit images, create presentations and propose layouts for digital education platform.
• Collaborate with team to plan content strategy, create and maintain content calendar, evaluate existing content, and evolve strategy to continually drive engagement.
• Deliver Education programs that build brand knowledge, convey product knowledge, service and selling skills, demonstration, and techniques. Responsible for overseeing key Global Education projects such as new product launch, service, new hire, etc.
• Participate and support other team programs on an as needed basis including planning and execution of training events and other department related meetings.
Consumer Experience:
• Develop and contribute to 360 activation plans to articulate brand and product storytelling, product innovation, artistry, and client service.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with global, regional and market Artistry, Consumer Engagement, Product Development and Marketing teams and other key business partners.
• Partner with Artistry team to write compelling "how to's" and tips & tricks.
• Stay up to date on trends and collaborate with cross functional teams to create trend reports for local artist activation.
Project Management:
• Project manage 3* and trend programs for Global Artistry and Consumer Experience (i.e., course/tool content, impending deadlines, project timelines, changes, etc.) through cross-functional communication and collaboration in NYO and direct communication with regional point people.
• Communicate all updates to markets/regions.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with global colleagues.
• Outstanding computer skills are a must, including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, video editing. Rise and Storyline 360 a plus.
• Plus: makeup artistry and/or retail beauty experience.
• Minimum Education Level: bachelor's degree.
• Minimum Of 2+ Years of Experience.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
