PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE
Management of Creative Operations for TOM FORD BEAUTY Fragrance 360 Launch Programs:
Packaging, Online, CRM and Social and Visual Merchandising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Executive Director in driving 360 launch program lifecycles including strategic
scoping/planning, scheduling, asset creation and management, design reviews, delivery.
• Masterfully manage cross-departmental and cross-functional interdependencies to ensure
delivery of multi-media, omni-channel assets, in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proactively escalate to Executive Director competing priorities - skillfully pivoting to
accommodate shifting priorities as needed.
• Serve as a solution-oriented key contact and the escalation point between cross functional
teams and the NPL Pillar of the Creative Operations team.
• Identify roadblocks and obstacles, and proactively establish meetings or integration points
between teams to address and resolve.
• Schedule, manage and address cross-functional feedback and stakeholder approvals.
• In close partnership with cross-discipline Creators, steer the development of top-quality.
• Creative assets across channels and consumer touch points, enhancing overall brand
experience, creative expression, and achievement of business results (Assets inclusive but not
limited to: Video, Multi-Platform Social/Digital Content, Print, Collateral, Packaging, Experiential,
Store/VM, Editorial/Copy).
• Support the creative team in the development of strong conceptual and expressive work that is
engaging and reflective of brand pillars.
• Tracks spend (actual and projected) and serve as key contact for external vendors and partners - including agencies.
• Drive the management of digital assets and archives
Inform on emerging platforms, trends, and industry related technologies to support content
creation and production.
• Drive utilization of Wrike as central project management tool for the brand.
Qualifications
• BA or BFA required in related field.
Interest in and aptitude for producing creative marketing solutions.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a producer or project manager in a creative agency, in-house or production environment (consumer marketing environment).
• Experience in integrated marketing preferred.
• Well versed in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
Proven project management ability.
• Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
Experience working with teams to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets.
• Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Knowledge of project management software including Wrike, MS Project, JIRA, Asana is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at various level.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
