What You Will Achieve
Develops the HK&M Affiliate's full-funnel media strategy across paid, owned and earned platforms, and supports Brand teams to improve their media planning, execution and measurement targeting both local and Chinese travelling consumers. Leads Affiliate governance for influencer and eventing marketing strategies across Brands. Maintains Influencer analytics platforms and supports usage across Brands to monitor Influencer Marketing ROI. Reviews media plans and consumer marketing strategies for Brands, and identifies opportunities for greater efficiency, effectiveness and local context. Tracks Brand media investments and measures their return separately for each Brand; develops actionable recommendations to continuously improve media effectiveness. Has ownership of local media and China market landscaping, competitive benchmarking. Manages local media and influencer agency relationships. Defines agency requirements necessary to implement the Affiliate's media strategy. Leads relationship with media platforms (e.g. Google, Little Red Book) to leverage best practice and regional joint business partnerships.
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Media, Marketing, Communication or equivalent Minimum of 8 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, PR and influencer marketing experience, preferably in Beauty/ Luxury Retail/ FMCG fields Hands on experience with customer-related analytic projects and knowledge on how to measure marketing activities and customer metrics Familiar with media and influencer analytics platforms (e.g. Media Tool, Google Analytics, Traackr) Able to understand consumer and business needs and translate into actions Able to confidently communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders in brand and commercial team Able to drive changes by influencing, inspiring, teaching, and collaborating Excellent command of English and Chinese
