About Assistant Manager, Customer Services

  The Assistant Manager, Customer Services will provide administrative support for Order, Sales and Operations for the organization.

  What You Will Achieve

  Maintaining high levels of customer service SLAs and metrics: to secure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of sales orders, billings and pricing Reviews and approves process maps and SOPs: as part of the regular housekeeping cycle and updates required due to process changes - this ensures the Team has up-to-date references to operate with quality consistently, productively, and in a measurable manner. Key UAT support for IT projects: new interfaces, new tools, new portals pertinent to Order Management/Customer Services for affiliate. Operation Reports & Tracking: Responsible for Weekly Retail sales performance reports, Fill Rate/Customer Service KPI reports, Visitor Ad hoc Report, Retailer Review Report, Yearly Performance Reports and other miscellaneous reports Key coordinator between APAC Hub and Kuala Lumpur business: manage container shipment schedule, including ad hoc urgent orders. Revenue & Brand Support: Coordinate between Brands and APAC Hub by managing shipments and ensure fulfillment of orders to the counters for new launches, new doors. BI Lead: Rectify the discrepancies for any brand reports.

  Qualifications

  What You Will Need

  7 years of relevant experience, preferably with an MNC Able to work with confidential and sensitive information Good strategic thinker with strong analytical skills that is experienced in managing complex data in a high profile organisation Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu with strong networking and relationship building skills.
