  This position is responsible for the product management and portfolio management of mainly Business Card (Business Card) products. This position is also responsible for developing product line strategy, benefit/partner development, handling product related projects & daily inquiries. We need to differentiate our products and develop unique business schemes to develop strong brand at the market and enlarge our product portfolio. To achieve the goal, result oriented, analytical / logical / strategic thinking, negotiation skill and customer-oriented mind are critical. In addition to that, high communication skill is necessary because this position needs to proceed projects by involving many other related teams.

  Qualifications:

  Marketing or strategic planning experience; 3 years work experience

  Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair

  Logical & strategic thinking skills

  Solid understanding of card economics and financial concepts

  Results oriented and good project management

  Team player and excellent communication skill to work with colleague across the lines

  Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously

  Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint

  Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese/English
