Job Description • Continually works with the client to communicate the sourcing
strategy, understand organization requirements / pain points and
execute the projects steps
Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, problem solving,organization, documentation and process management skills
Solid understanding of a high availability mission-critical sourcingprojects. Ability to create and manage Operational processes and
procedures.
Align with the client governance structure that comprisescomprehensive, coherent processes and communications
Excellent analytical ability to assess project stage and come up withsolutions/next action items suitable to the project's goal
Accountable for smooth run on sourcing projects using varioussourcing levers including RFx and/or eAuction as per scenario and
drive results on dollar savings
Assist in category strategy plan execution in co-ordination with
category managers
Good working skills on MS Excel, Powerpoint and generic maths for
numbers calculations/reporting
Meets or exceeds all key client metricsExcellent negotiation abilities both verbal and non-verbal with thirdparty vendors
Understands and can recommend/implement different negotiationstrategies depending on the circumstances of each project
Strong understanding of all value drivers in a negotiation (bothcommercial and non-commercial items)
Strong ability to close out contracts and coordinate legal support asneeded to drive contract to signature
Excellent project management skills providing clear action orientatedupdates to client
