Skills ( Must Have) • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, Analytical and
problem solving skills, Commitment for excellence, Good knowledge on
MS Office applications especially on Excel, Customer Service oriented,
Procurement/Strategic Sourcing experience, Presentation Skills,
Stakeholder Management, Strong strategic sourcing, Spend Analytics,
Opportunity Assessment, Projects Management, RFX execution,
Negotiations and Contract Management is must.
Skills( Good to have) High degree of customer/stakeholder interaction
Ability to multi-task
Good team player
Experience ( Minimum) 8 yrs
Experience( Maximum) 15 yrs
Job Description • Continually works with the client to communicate the sourcing
strategy, understand organization requirements / pain points and
execute the projects steps
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, problem solving,
organization, documentation and process management skills
• Solid understanding of a high availability mission-critical sourcing
projects. Ability to create and manage Operational processes and
procedures.
• Align with the client governance structure that comprises
comprehensive, coherent processes and communications
• Excellent analytical ability to assess project stage and come up with
solutions/next action items suitable to the project's goal
• Accountable for smooth run on sourcing projects using various
sourcing levers including RFx and/or eAuction as per scenario and
drive results on dollar savings
Assist in category strategy plan execution in co-ordination with
category managers
Good working skills on MS Excel, Powerpoint and generic maths for
numbers calculations/reporting
• Meets or exceeds all key client metrics
• Excellent negotiation abilities both verbal and non-verbal with third
party vendors
• Understands and can recommend/implement different negotiation
strategies depending on the circumstances of each project
• Strong understanding of all value drivers in a negotiation (both
commercial and non-commercial items)
• Strong ability to close out contracts and coordinate legal support as
needed to drive contract to signature
• Excellent project management skills providing clear action orientated
updates to client
