We are seeking an Assistant House Manager to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA.Earn $40,036 annually with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
Assistant House Managers are responsible for assisting with the complete operation of a living unit and the developmentally disabled individuals who reside there. The Assistant House Managers are responsible for assisting with developing and implementing all facets of home life, as close to a normal family unit as possible. In addition, they must develop an appropriate and wholesome environment within the living unit for all residents. Supervision of this position is provided by the House Manager. They, in turn, provide supervision and evaluation of subordinate staff. The Assistant House Manager will assume the duties of the House Manager in his/her absence.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited program with specialized training is preferredA minimum of one year's experience in working with the developmentally disabled and/or any combination of education, experience or training deemed appropriate.A current and valid driver's license is required.Ability to work every-other weekend
