Your New Role…
As the Assistant, Head of Entertainment, you will provide strategic and day to day support to the Head of Entertainment, connecting with other colleagues as relevant.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Organizational and structural support of the Head of Entertainment
Analysis and controlling of the ratings of all entertainment programmes
Coordination of meetings involving the head of entertainment
Optimization of processes of the entertainment department
Planning and booking of all work trips incl. flights and hotel
Planning and coordination of events and tutorial workshops
Organise refreshments for meetings
Communication with employees and clients – such as network execs.
Qualifications & Experience…
Previous experience in an administrative position, preferably in a media company - previous experience as assistant is an advantage
Proactive and highly organized
Loyal, polite, motivated and communicative
Confident handling of Office 365
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German and English)
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
Strong team player
Ability to present information logically, clearly and concisely
Ability to stay calm and methodical, even under the pressure of juggling conflicting priorities
Able to build and maintain relationships
Ability to treat all matters as highly confidential
Ability to interact at all levels
Willingness to learn
