What you will do as an Assistant Front Office Manager
Supporting the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional service and supervising a team of Hosts, Supervisors and Duty Managers
Working closely with the other departments to ensure that we provide unparalleled levels of hospitality
Managing the team in line with business needs and guest expectations
Ensuring all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
Ensuring that check in / check out standards are adhered to optimizing the room allocations
Analyzing our Medallia results to identify possible areas for improvements
Ensuring that regular guests are recognized and that their preferences are honoured
