Role/Responsibilities :
This role will support the maintenance & evolution of Data Solutions products dedicated to trade credit & supply chain use cases, interacting heavily with product strategists, product managers, technology teams, quality assurance, UX team, sales, pre-sales, post-sales, marketing and external clients to support the product team.This role sits within the Data Solutions team responsible for growing Moody's Analytics' business. Specifically, this role will focus on helping our current solutions meeting customers' needs and working on building new solutions to increase our market share. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, such as other Product Strategists, Developers, UX Designers, Salesforce, Account Managers, Data Sourcing teams you will contribute to the creation of new flagship products and solutions. In this role you will support a wide variety of activities that are core to the successful creation, maintenance and launch of new products. You will be involved in managing products through their respective lifecycles translating market needs into tailored product requirements.Help building new solutions whilst ensuring maintenance of existing ones.Support clients' migration to our new solutions and to AWS environment.Ensure good usage of our internal tools (Salesforce, Jira, Heap, etc.) to use them at our best benefits (reporting, alerting, keeping up to date, etc.).Communicate our needs & prioritized features to PMOs, quality assurance, technical teams, business analysts, marketing team, UX team, stakeholders to ensure common awareness of our roadmap and keep it up to date across the company.Inform product development process in collaboration with key stakeholders and report any change in planning (delay, change of priority, etc.).Provide product demos and conduct product review & feedback sessions to internal and external stakeholders.Support quality assurance activities and develop user acceptance criteria cases.Support the product, sales, and service teams in achieving sales targets and measuring customer satisfaction and analyzing key product performance metrics.Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the product roadmap and prioritization of enhancements and new features. Responsible for periodic updates of project status.Support triaging and resolving client requests and issues logged on SFDC and provide client support.Ensure products are being developed to specifications. Report and log defects and related issues to technical and product teams.Ensure that new features are implemented according to specification, released on schedule and issues are remediated in a timely manner.Gather clear requirements and write functional analysis notes.Write product specifications/user stories and perform quality testing.Assist in providing content and reviewing documentation for release or new features.Help in organizing meetings and compiling meeting notes.Support additional product related projects and activities as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelors required, undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree). Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field preferred.3+ years of relevant work experience in a product development / manager related capacity. Prior experience in the financial services and/or risk management industry preferred.Leadership and strong analytic skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and understanding of global capital/credit markets.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Ability to work in a cross-functional team and provide input into decisions.Strong oral and written communication skills.Experience in strategic planning, marketing, product management or management consulting is a plus.Experience in conceiving, managing, and marketing analytical products including the design and launch of new features and products.Ability to present a clear business case to secure strategic investment.Have participated in developing business initiatives from ideation to completion, articulating outcomes using data and client insights.Ability to work in a cross-functional team and influence decisions. Experience collaborating extensively with product, design, and engineering teams.Ability to drive projects to conclusion (get this done) and work effectively with a variety of people at various levels within the company.Ability to excel in a global, team-based environment and take ownership of the results, tracking critical metrics to drive decision-making.Ability to influence stakeholders through clear understanding of the business needs using evidence to back up your proposals.Consistent track record in understanding customer needs, working across a variety of functional teams, developing solutions, and launching products.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.Quick learner, shows initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new things and excel as part of a dynamic team.Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties.
