We are looking to hire a resource in the Nutrition Brand Development team at Mumbai HO
Job Description: End to end execution of 'New Product Development Funnel' for the Nutrition Portfolio in India based on unmet/emerging consumers' needs.
1. High degree of consumer intimacy through consumer connects: to build deeper understanding of consumer needs. Ability to identify sharp insights by decoding the "Why".
2. Conducting consumer concept and product research on innovations ideas as is relevant in the part of Nutrition portfolio assigned to him / her.
3. Basic analytical & data modelling capability with P&L understanding for innovation costs and turnover potential.
4. Working on full marketing mix development in a fast-paced end to end ecosystem.
5. Strong network & stakeholder management: working closely to the R&D, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, Customer Marketing and Sales teams & agencies to deliver on goals.
6. Independent thinking & high bias for action
Skills & Experience3-4 years of experience in Marketing, overallFirst-hand experience in New Product / Innovation Development for an FMCG brandStrong in project management, proven cross-functional & creative agency management skillsBrand craftmanship and creativity, with an eye for creative detail and designMind-set for growth, to challenge the status quo, to leave a mark and change the courseSecondary traits ('nice to have') Experience in adjacent categories like Dairy, Biscuits or "health" foods.
