As an AM CST Client Skills Facilitator and Coach you will play a key role in delivering and executing training programs & coaching, and work with individuals to provide insight for continual improvement.
Specifically, you will be responsible for training on our core suite of: Consultative Client Engagement & Solutions training offerings, along with coaching. You will also play a key role in our Next Gen talent programs like New Hire Training, amongst others. Your credibility & connection with our participants, and ability to deliver in the context of "day in the life" scenarios will help you become a trusted resource.
Job Responsibilities
Activate and motivate client facing teams
Act as a facilitator and coach to execute training programs, which includes building relationships with stakeholders in our business and partners on our team.
Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape exercises, and workshops, in close coordination with the design and participant experience partners on our team.
Ensure your delivery of content builds on foundational programs, serves as a bridge to more advanced content, and will help Client Advisors, Sales Support, Investment Specialists and Client Service colleagues confidently engage with and deliver positive outcomes for growth and development.
Host and deliver training workshops for new and existing participants in our population
Partner with our team to design new content and refresh existing content
Periodic domestic & regional travel may be required
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated EQ
Relevant experience in working with clients
Relevant experience or demonstrated related skill set in training and coaching
Business in financial services/wealth management
Learning and development background a plus but not required
Experience in a client focused work environment; ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients
Passion for the development of people as a means to increase trust and inregration, contributing to the competitiveness of our team in the industry
Passion for people development
Preferred qualifications
Experience in Asset or Wealth Management business
B.A.+ degree, knowledge of markets
Client engagement experience
Training and / or coaching experience a plus
