Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an experienced Operations Senior Associate to join our Account Transfer Services Operations team within our Global Technology Operations business. ATS is a cross-functional team that manages multiple functions including, but not limited to: ACAT, Non-ACAT transfers, Mutual fund transfers, reclaims, fails and Contra firm Relationships.
Individuals in this role must have the ability to maintain a good working relationship with our external Clearing Correspondents, external Contra firms, and internal business partners. A successful candidate will be adaptable to change and work collaboratively with cross-location business partners.
Role Responsibilities:Monitor and work with several types of external industry partners to process Account TransfersPerform transfer submissions, resolve rejects, fails and claims. Follow transfers through to completionReview client requests to transfer accounts to ensure accuracy, review and verify various reports to ensure exceptions are resolvedMaintain a thorough understanding of Account transfer forms and various legal documents required to process transfer requestCollaborate with internal and external partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues Effectively meet multiple deadlines throughout the day and prioritize risk related itemsAnalytical ability to learn, suggest process enhancements and effective controlsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and task-orientedEffectively manage and escalate business riskQualifications:BA and 5+ years' experience in Account Transfers operations or an equivalent of related education and experienceKnowledge of ACAT/Non-ACAT operations and practices for supporting Account TransfersComputer literate in Microsoft Office including Excel and WordAbility to establish trust and rapport with clients and contra firms over the phone and email communicationsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage various tasks, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Experience with the Broadridge platform systems would be a plus.Ability to work in an ethical, professional manner with a client-centric focusExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
