As an Asset Manager within PNC's Midland Loan Servicing organization, you will be based in office within the Midland footprint of Kansas City, Dallas, or Birmingham.
Job Description:
• Analysis of property level financial statements including operating statements, balance sheets and rent rolls.
• Analysis of property operations vs. operating budget and market.
• Critiquing/tracking of operating and construction budgets.
• Reconcile and review loan draws for funding of construction, leasing and capital costs.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly asset reviews.
• Analysis and interaction with property managers, leasing agents and borrower and client representatives.
• Interact professionally and timely with other team members, clients, internal servicing departments and external organizations.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

Job Description
Oversees portfolios and/or customer request of low to medium complexity and may provide analytical support.
Reviews and processes customer requests related to the servicing of assets, monitors watch list assets, and may transfer assets to special servicing area. Prepares and presents cases and approval memoranda for approval as designated. Reserve administration.
May perform or coordinate inspections and complete reports.
Reviews financial statements related to the asset, market and economic data to determine the economic impact and/or compliance impact for the operation of the assets. Interprets loan documents and servicing agreements. May perform risk ratings, create investor reports and escalate issues accordingly, and manage credit risk and compliance documentation.
May engage in frequent verbal and written communication with internal and external parties which may include, customers and their representatives, outside counsel, agencies, special servicers, and investors.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
